NEW WORKOUT LOCATION IN BRONX FOR SATS & ADDITIONAL SUN DATES

BAB LogoV2 RGB small 2New York, NY - The Big Apple Basketball spring workouts will add additional sessions on Saturday's at Monsignor Scanlan High School in the Bronx, and will continue the majority of the Sunday sessions at  Hunter High School in Manhattan. There have also been a few Sunday sessions added at the Scanlan location in the Bronx.

The BAB training sessions will continue this weekend on Saturday at Monsignor Scanlan High School (12:30pm) and Sunday at Hunter High School (9am).

Weekday sessions are also available upon request, for individual workouts, private groups and team training!

The program consists of all levels of basketball skill development, as well as a plyometric program to assist players with speed, agility, power, vertical jump, quickness, balance, flexibility and conditioning.
