BIG APPLE BASKETBALL TRAVELS TO VERMONT TO SUPPORT YOUTH W/ DIABETES

IMG 1219 2Colchester, VT - For the second consecutive year, Big Apple Basketball traveled to Vermont to partner with SLAM T1D to help raise money and awareness for kids who have Type 1 Diabetes.

The two-day basketball event featured a three-point contest, slam dunk contest, and 3-on-3 tournament.

Big Apple Basketball traveled with players from New York City and Connecticut.  Pictured (l-r) are Antoine Mason (son of former NBA player, Anthony Mason), Isiah Stokley, Anthony Hodges, Morrell Gaskins, Jason Curry, Laurence Jolicoeur, Ed Pinckney (former NBA player and Villanova legend), Jerry Mordi and Robert McKiver.

BAB President, Jason Curry defended his 3-point title after winning the competition in 2015 and 2016.  Jolicoeur, Horowitz and McKiver won the Green Mountain Slam Fest 3-on-3 championship.
