BAB IN PRO CITY PLAYOFFS TONIGHT

chaz lance pro cityNew York, NY - The Big Apple Basketball Pro Summer Team will be making its' second playoff appearance, in its' fifth season, in the Nike Pro City Summer League.

The semifinals begin tonight with BAB (5-2) as the #1 seed versus Dyckman/NYAC (4-3) as the #4 seed.  The game is scheduled to tip at 8:30pm at Baruch College in Manhattan.

Three weeks ago, both teams battled to the end, with Big Apple Basketball earning a 99-97 victory.  Tymell Murphy led BAB with 37 points (16-22 FG), six rebounds and four assists. Lance Goulbourne scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while Desi Washington chipped in with 13 points and four assists. Rod Odom also added 19 points.

Early arrival, by 7pm, is strongly recommended, as large crowds are expected.  There is also another semifinal game at 6:30pm.  Baruch College is located at 55 Lexington Avenue - on the corner of E. 24th Street and Lexington Avenue.
