The W. 4th Pro-Classic, now in its 31st year, is considered one of the elite Pro summer leagues in New York City, with spectators estimated at over 100,000 throughout the summer.
W. 4th St. has featured countless New York NBA and streetball legends, including Dr. J, Fly Williams, Walter Berry, Mario Ellie, Anthony Mason, Malloy Nesmith aka "Future", Rafer "Skip To My Lou" Alston, Smush Parker and Ron Artest.
During the summer of 2005, the Pro Summer Team capped off its second season in the W. 4th St. league, finishing with a 5-4 regular season record before falling in overtime in the playoffs to the eventual champion, Paradise.
BAB is excited about the potential of this year's squad in the W. 4th Street League.
