High School Invitational

The Big Apple Basketball H.S. Invitational is a two-day event to showcase elite high school basketball teams in the NYC metro area, as well as nationwide. The 13th Annual, 2016 event features All-American high school players who have committed to attend notable colleges, including Kentucky, Auburn, Virginia, Syracuse, and Indiana, along with many of the nations top juniors and underclassmen.

DAVON REED NAMED TOP ACC BASKETBALL SCHOLAR-ATHLETE

IMG 4445Greensboro, NC - Congratulations to Davon Reed on earning the honor of the top ACC basketball scholar-athlete.

He will graduate this spring w/ a degree in Sports Administration and has double minors in Communications and Marketing. He is also eligible for Academic All-America honors, has been named to the Deans List at the University of Miami, Athletics Director Honor Roll, and is a member of the university's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and intern's in the Miami Hurricanes Athletic Department.

In addition, on the basketball court, he was named Third Team All-ACC and named to the ACC All-Defensive Team.

In 2012, he was named MVP of the Big Apple Basketball Invitational and in 2013 was a Sportsmanship Award recipient of the same event.
